Except the normal material is 100% guaranteed, we can also make and control some special materials well, like parts for food industrial, medical, children products. For example, we can control the lead content ≤90ppm, and reach to the standard of CE, RoHS, Prop 65 and so on.
As a manufacturer, it is a great advantage that we have our own tooling/moulds workshop, to make the perfect parts by saving time and costs. We use the high quality moulds material with design the moulds cavities reasonable to minimize the costs and optimize the moulds life, and the highest production efficiency.

We have developed squeeze casting + T6 and put into mass production successfully now. This process has great advantages like light weight with strong strength like forging, with precise sizes of saving machining costs, with beautiful finish and good roughness like die casting.
We can provide full service of machining in house including 5-aixs CNC machining, 4-aixs CNC machine, CNC milling machine, CNC turning machine, automatic drilling machine and so on. We provide precise parts with very close tolerance like machined casting parts or machined parts from material.
