R&D ability is the life of a manufacturer. From material to tooling and machines, we always keep exploration and innovation. Except the normal material is 100% guaranteed, we can also make and control some special materials well, like parts for food industrial, medical, children products. For example, we can control the lead content ≤90ppm, and reach to the standard of CE, RoHS, Prop 65 and so on.

The key point to get a perfect part is the moulds/tooling design. We always design the perfect moulds structure to minimize porosity, shrinkage, resulting in a superior finishing. We always do analysis to verify our moulds design and casting process. Sometimes in order to verify the design & process, we also make the sample by 3D printing or lost-moulds casting process if needed.

We keep continuous upgradation on our machines to improve our process. Like the suqeeze casting, with 3rd generations upgrading, now the process is more effective for production and the parts came out is with more better casting capacity.
