The vacuum heat treatment furnace in the squeeze casting workshop has started working.Heat treatment is a very important production step in squeeze casting process, which can increase the strength of castings.

=>Advantages of squeeze casting

- Compared with die casting, surface finishing and precision are same but T6 is workable.

- Compared with forging, strength are almost same but can make complex shape and no need to much machining, cost is lower.

- Compared with low pressure casting, can make complex shapes, efficiency is much higher with 400~600 shots per shift and cost is lower, precision and strength is higher.

- Compared with steel mould casting(gravity casting) and sand casting, almost no air holes and no shrinkage, strength is much higher and porosity rate is only 0.3%.
