Mould Design And Manufacturing

We always design the perfect moulds structure to minimize porosity, shrinkage, resulting in a superior finished casting part. Before casting we can use the Analysis System to verify our moulds design and casting process. Sometimes in order to verify the design & process, we also make the sample by 3D printing or lost-moulds casting process if needed.

Mould Workshop And R&D Team

As a manufacturer, it is a great advantage to have our own moulds workshop, to make the perfect parts by saving time and costs. We use the high quality moulds material with design the moulds cavities reasonable to minimize the costs and optimize the moulds life, and the highest production efficiency.Set with full machines and skilled team, we can finish moulds very quickly for some big project with more than 50 models of parts, and we can use good option for some small quantity project to save time & costs for customers. And changing or testing new samples always are free to customer and to be finished within short time.
